Warnings

1. Do not use this product 40 days before the slaughter of pigs, 30 days before the slaughter of cattle and 35 days before the slaughter of birds intended for human consumption.

2. Do not use milk from treated animals until 10 days after the end of treatment.

3. Keep in a cool, dry place, protected from light.

4. Do not leave it within the reach of children or pets.

5. After using this product, destroy the container by incinerating and burying it.

It is formulated based on gentamicin, which is a broad-spectrum bactericidal antibiotic from the group of aminoglycosides; Due to its neutral pH, it is recommended for use in combination with the Marek vaccine, since it does not alter its properties.

Route of Administration:

Intramuscular, subcutaneous, intrauterine and intramammary.


Dosage:

Birds: For treatment and control apply 5 to 12 mg/kg of body weight (eq. to 0.05-0.12 ml/kg). When applied with Marek's vaccine: dilute 2 to 4 ml in 200 ml of diluent and apply 0.2 ml/bird in the middle posterior region of the neck subcutaneously. Pigs: 4 to 5 mg/kg body weight (0.8-1 ml/20 kg) for 3-5 days. In case of metritis, cervicitis and endometritis: mix 10 ml in 40 ml of saline solution and apply by intrauterine infusion. Cattle: 4 to 5 mg/kg body weight (0.8-1 ml/20 kg) for 3-5 days. In case of metritis, cervicitis and endometritis: mix 10 ml in 80 ml of saline solution and apply by intrauterine infusion. In treatment of mastitis: dilute 2.5 ml in 17.5 ml of saline solution and apply by intramammary infusion.

Indications of use:

For the control and treatment of infectious diseases in birds, pigs and cattle, caused by Gram-positive and Gram-negative germs sensitive to the action of gentamicin such as: Enterobacter aerogenes, E. coli, Klebsiella pneumoniae, Proteus spp, Pseudomonas aeruginosa , Salmonella spp, Shigella spp, Serpulina spp; Due to its neutral pH, it is recommended for use in combination with the Marek vaccine, since it does not alter its properties.
