Active tylosin (as tartrate salt) - 100 g

Receiving, cbp - 1,000 g

1. The dose and duration of treatment may vary according to the criteria or judgment of the Veterinarian.

2. Do not administer this product 5 days before slaughter of animals intended for human consumption.

It contains tylosin, a bacteriostatic antibiotic from the macrolide group, specially designed to be administered in food. Tylosin tartrate salt is characterized, unlike the phosphate salt, by having high bioavailability in the digestive tract, a necessary condition to generate optimal levels of tylosin in plasma and tissues.

Route of Administration:

Oral, mixed in food.

Dosage:

Poultry: 10 to 20 mg/kg. Pigs: 5 to 10 mg/kg.

Indications of use:

It is recommended in the therapeutic treatment of respiratory and digestive diseases of birds and pigs, whose etiological agents are sensitive to tylosin, such as chronic respiratory disease caused by: Mycoplasma gallisepticum, M. hyorhinis, M. hyopneumoniae, M. agalactiae, M. synoviae, Staphylococcus spp, Corynebacterium spp, Clostridium spp, Neisseria spp, Actinoba cillus spp, infectious sinusitis of birds and for the prevention and treatment of swine dysentery.
